Leslie Garrett is the author of more than 15 books for children, as well as a journalist whose work has appeared in The Atlantic, Washington Post, Good Housekeeping and Cottage Life. She currently works as Editorial Director for Bluedot Living, a digital media company focused on climate issues, with sites specific to Martha’s Vineyard, Brooklyn, Santa Barbara, Boston, Toronto, Santa Barbara, and San Diego.
