Joe Flanders, Ph.D., is the founder and director of Mindspace, where he works as a psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and consultant. Joe trains psychologists and mindfulness teachers through his affiliation with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies and the McGill University Psychology Department. He is also a co-founder of Presence, a meditation studio in Montreal.
